The following Terms and Conditions apply to sales made at “www.aumeoaudio.com” website only. Terms and Conditions for sales through other channels may differ.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE, FROM TIME TO TIME IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

1. Agreement and Acceptance

By purchasing any product through “www.aumeoaudio.com” (this “Site”), you (“Customer”) agree that such purchase and the import of such product complies with the laws of the country, including but not limited to customs regulations, copyright and trademark laws, to which you have requested ACE Communications Limited (“Seller”) to ship the product. The Seller reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse orders and the Seller shall not be held liable for the refusal of any order.

2. Changes to Orders and Delivery

Once an online order has been placed, the Customer may neither cancel nor change such order and the delivery details. The Customer shall verify any details before placing the order. product availability may be limited. Products may not be available for immediate delivery. Seller reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision or cessation, the Seller may notify the Customer and offer an alternative product. If such alternative product is not accepted by the Customer, the order shall be deemed canceled.

3. Payment terms

The Seller only accepts payment method listed when the Customer is placing the order . Payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and Seller shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to approve the payment for any reason.

4. Price General

All listed prices do not include charges for shipping and handling. Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the invoice.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders to be shipped to another country outside of Hong Kong S.A.R. may be subjected to custom duties, taxes and fees imposed by the destination country. The receiver of such a shipment may be liable for such charges when the shipment reaches the destination country. Any additional charges that might be incurred for customs clearance must be borne by the receiver. The Seller will not be liable for any additional charges which may be incurred neither will the Seller be able to advise customer as such charges are beyond Seller’s control. If an order has to be returned to the Seller due to receiver’s refusal to pay custom duties, taxes or fees, the Seller will charge the Customer 20% restocking fee of the order. Any addition charges that might be incurred for customs clearance and return process (including shipping fee)must be borne by the receiver. Customer should research or contact local customs/tax office for further information.

5. Delivery

The Seller will only ship to a location within, but not limited to United State of America, United Kingdom, Hong Kong S.A.R., Singapore and Japan. Once the order is processed and the products are transferred to the shipment carrier, the Seller will neither be liable on any for all risk of loss of nor damage to the products during shipment. When custom clearance is required, delay in delivery date may result. The Seller is not liable for any delay or its consequences.

6. Use of Products Non-Medical purposes

All products are not intended for any medical usage, include but not limited to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. ALL PRODUCTS ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL INSTRUMENTS NOR TREATMENTS.

7. Not for resell

The Customer represents and agrees that it is buying for own use only and not for resale.

8. Limited Hardware Warranty Policy

Eligibility and Limitation

The Seller warrants that any product ordered from this Site is free from material defects and workmanship (“Defect(s)”) for

one (1) year from the original date of purchase. The Seller liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product and will, at the Seller’s sole discretion, either repair or replace your product at its own discretion if the Seller confirms a valid claim of Defect.

The limited warranty does not apply to: (i)Damage caused by normal wear and tear, abnormal use or conditions, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, improper handling or storage, defects or damages resulting from service, testing, adjustment, installation, maintenance, alteration, improper use of any electrical source, undue physical or electrical stress, operator error, non-compliance with instructions or other acts which are not the fault of Seller, including damage or loss during shipment or transit. (ii)Damage from external causes such as floods, storms, fires, sand, dirt, earthquakes, an Act of God, exposure to sunlight, weather, moisture, heat, vibration or corrosive environments, electrical surges, battery leakage, theft, or damage caused by the connection to other products not recommended for interconnection.

Warranty Returns

The Customer may initiate a warranty return request within the warranty period. The Customer shall email “support@aumeoaudio.com” with the order number and other information that may be required by the Seller, the Seller will send you a Return Material Authorisation (“RMA”) number after receive all required information. The return unit must be in its original packaging or equivalent degree of protection of the product (please ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent transport damage or water seepage) packaging will be shipped to the address in Hong Kong S.A.R. for inspection. The Customer is liable for return of the products until they reach the address specified by the Seller. If the Seller confirms a valid claim of Defect, the Seller will be liable to refund the Customer the shipping cost. The Customer shall provide product receipt which enables the Seller to process the refund via the original payment account. The Seller will refund up to $25 USD for warranty return shipping. Please remember to mark the RMA number on the package and we recommend that you retain proof of postage.

9. Severability

If any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby. Please note that all prices stated are in the specified currency and be sure to read the terms and conditions carefully before making your purchase.

10. Limitations of Seller’s Responsibility

The Seller’s role is limited to procuring products available in Hong Kong S.A.R. and other regions and making these products available through this Site to the Customer for purchase in Hong Kong S.A.R.. In no event will the Seller be a party to the import of such products nor will it be responsible for any liability arising under the laws of any country other than Hong Kong S.A.R. for the import and sale of products available on this Site, including but not limited to customs regulations and customs holds, detentions and seizures and copyright and trademark laws.
